It was a good read, I really enjoyed it. The story is about a young witch named Erica, who is trying to get her very extreme powers in check and Bryan, twin brother to her best friend. They are like soul mates and watching how their relationship blossom is very cute.
I'm not much for witch books but this one was interesting. It kept me wanting more.
Writing was a bit amateurish. Probably meant for a reader younger than me. For a younger reader it was an adequate introduction to the characters and the story. 3½ stars
This is an interesting story. A bit different than anything I have read previous to this. I am looking forward to reading more of these guys story! Bring on the next book!!

This is the first book in a series about young ladies with unexplained powers in a small town. They band together to form a rag tag group of friends and familiars. This is a well written book with interesting characters. The story unfolds at a good pace and keeps the reader's interest. There is room for much more of this story to unfold in subsequent books.

This genre is not normally what I read, but I did enjoy it!! It was a very nice change in my reading repertoire. This story had drama and suspense. It did take me awhile to get the story straight in my head, but I am glad I persevered. This book had a great and different story line. I can't wait to read the next book and see how the story unravels.
I received a free copy of this book for review by the author. It started out slow for me, too many unnecessary details in the beginning. However, once it picked up I found that I rather enjoyed it. I love most things magical/fantasy and this booked filled that need for me. The intertwining of Erika and Monica’s story was nice, and who doesn’t like twins. There were places where the story lost me for a couple pages, but overall a good read. I’ll likely read more from this author in the future.
